Santa Fe Stew


Ingredients
1 - lb of ground turkey or beef
1 - envelope taco seasoning (I use mild, don.t get generic)
1 - envelope of Ranch Dressing mix (powder)
1 - can corn (with liquid)
1 - can Rotel tomatoes(with liquid)
1 - can pinto bean (with liquid)

Directions
Brown and drain ground meat.
Add remaining ingredients to the browned ground meat, cover and simmer.

That.s it! The recipe doubles, triples, etc. easily.
